B&L Announces Odyssey ERP Classes

 

Bridgman, Michigan, January 27, 2020 – B&L Information Systems, global leader in ERP for metalcasters, announced the Odyssey ERP learning options to be held in the first six months of 2020. All classes are taught by Odyssey ERP implementation staff within B&L’s Professional Services department.

Odyssey Boot Camp is ideal for getting new staff off to a productive start or to transition staff over to Odyssey’s Web User Interface (UI). Over the course of two days, B&L implementation trainers demonstrate hands-on methods used to work in the Odyssey ERP system and assist students with company-specific questions, as well as provide a high-level overview of the integration of the entire Odyssey software system. Odyssey Boot Camp will be held on February 12^th and 13^th and then again May 11^th and 12^th.

Crystal Reports is a commonly used platform which expands the reach of data. B&L offers Odyssey Crystal Reports classes to help Odyssey users in: creating basic reports using data from Odyssey; modifying existing Odyssey reports to create new Odyssey reports; as well as to navigate and understand the Odyssey database structure. The Crystal Reports class will be held on February 10^th – 11^th and then again on May 13^th – 14^th.

A special one-day Inventory Control Workshop will be offered by B&L on March 10^th.  The workshop will be focused on the tools in Odyssey that companies maintain accurate casting inventory levels.

B&L will be hosting an updated Costing Workshop on April 21^st and 22^nd. This class reflects an industry need for staying competitive in today’s marketing by having an accurate understanding of costs and showcases the Odyssey functions that support knowing your costs.

Personalized training is also available to Odyssey customers and arrangements can be made directly with the Professional Services department. Additionally, Odyssey customers can expect email updates on exclusive virtual webinars.
