STAFF UPDATE AT B&L INFORMATION SYSTEMS 
    Samantha Macumber Moves to Client Services

Bridgman, MI, November 19, 2013 - As part of an intensified focus on providing extraordinary customer service, B&L Information Systems announced the promotions of DJ Medlin to Project Consultant and Marcia Mullins to Training Analyst in early 2013. As DJ and Marcia move into their new roles, B&L's Client Service Desk has been augmented with additional staff.

Samantha Macumber is now a Software Support Specialist in the Client Services Department. Originally hired as a Software Quality Analyst for B&L's Research & Development Department, Samantha has been with B&L since May 2012. A recent college graduate with a focus on Business and Management Information Systems, she has worked in both the administrative and manufacturing sectors. In her new position, Samantha will be focused on providing phone support for technical problem resolution with B&L's Odyssey^TM software, a natural fit as she had been part of the quality assurance team for Odyssey maintenance releases.
