Bridgman, Michigan, February 26, 2019 – B&L Information Systems, global leader in ERP for metalcasters, announced the Q2 2019 learning options for metalcasters using Odyssey. All B&L classes are taught using Odyssey’s Cloud-based Web UI.
New for 2019, the Data Views & Dashboards class has been expanded from a single day to a more in-depth 2-day class. Data Views & Dashboards will be hosted on April 9th and 10th and will class will demonstrate how to create data views and dashboards, how to join data views together, and how to add dashboards to the Odyssey Web User Interface screens.
In May, the Professional Services department will host both Odyssey Boot Camp (May 15th – 16th) and Crystal Reports Class (May 13th – 14th). Both classes are offered quarterly due to demand among the Odyssey user base and will be hosted again in August, and November.
Originally planned in March, the Costing Workshop has been re-scheduled to April 23rd and 24th. This new workshop reflects an industry need for staying competitive in today’s metalcasting marketing by having an accurate understanding of costs.
Closing out the second quarter, the Professional Services department will host a Scheduling Workshop on June 11th and 12th. This new workshop for 2019 was created to help Odyssey users better explore the scheduling options with Odyssey. Trainers will demonstrate Odyssey’s Flask Planner, Heat Planner and Shop Planner as well as review set-up requirements.
Personalized training is also available to Odyssey customers and arrangements can be made directly with the Professional Services department. Additionally, Odyssey customers can expect email updates on customer-exclusive virtual webinars.
