Bridgman, Michigan, January 23, 2018 – B&L Information Systems, global leader in ERP software for metalcasters, is proud to announce over a dozen additions to the Odyssey family of customers, both in installed customers and new signings to the Odyssey ERP software system for the last six months of 2017.

In Q3 2017, B&L Information Systems’ Professional Services Department brought eight customers online with initial implementation of Odyssey ERP software: the Auburn facility of Metal Technologies in Auburn, Indiana; Diamond Castings & Machine Co. Inc of Hollis, New Hampshire; Faircast, Inc. of Fairfield, Iowa; General Die Casters Inc. of Twinsburg, Ohio; Lee Brass Company of Anniston, Alabama; the Mangas Tool & Die, a division of Pace Industries in Muscle Shoals, Alabama; Patterson Mold and Tool, a division of Pace Industries, in St. Charles, Missouri; and Southeastern Foundries Corp. of Greensboro, North Carolina. Metal Technologies Auburn is a gray and ductile iron foundry specializing in higher volume castings. Diamond Castings is a leading producer of aluminum components in New England. Now under new ownership, Iowa-based Faircast, Inc is a gray and ductile iron foundry. General Die Casters has three manufacturing facilities and produces complex, high quality aluminum and zinc die casting to wide range of industries. Lee Brass produces copper-based alloys to serve marine, plumbing and industrial sectors serving the U.S. Navy and others. Mangas Tool & Die of Pace Industries, founded in 1967, is a 56,000-square-foot facility with the capability to engineer and build many forms of die cast tooling. Patterson Mold & Tool of Pace Industries is a full-service tool and die facility that has been servicing the die cast industry for nearly 40 years. Southeastern Foundries offers concept to completion non ferrous capacities and in-house finish capabilities.
In Q4 2017, B&L’s’ Professional Services Department finished out a record year of “go-lives†by bringing two very different types of customers online with initial implementation of Odyssey ERP software: California Castings Inc of Richmond, California and the Grafton Division of Pace Industries in Grafton, Wisconsin. A former BLIS customer, California Castings is a small family firm which specializes in aluminum, bronze and brass custom products for the retail market, including artistic pieces and one-off requests from the public. The Grafton Division of Pace Industries leads in the manufacturing of complex high pressure die castings, machining, painting, polishing, testing and assembly.
