STAFF PROMOTIONS AT B&L INFORMATION SYSTEMS 
    Departments Re-Aligned

Bridgman, MI, January 15, 2014 - As part of an intensified focus on providing extraordinary customer service, B&L Information Systems announces an immediate department re-alignment and the promotion of several long-time employees.

Joe Harmon, current Vice President of Technology, adds B&L's Client Services Support staff to his team. This change marries technology with software support and allows the B&L team to take advantage of natural departmental synergies. Harmon's new title will be Vice President, Technology & Support.

 Kristine Craft has been promoted to Professional Services Manager. B&L has always understood quality implementation is critical to adoption and integration of ERP software. Craft and her team will be putting additional emphasis on B&L's top goal, successful client implementations of the Odyssey ERP system.

"By separating Professional Services, which is the project management and associated services of implementing B&L software, from the Client Support desk which provides day-to-day end user assistance, each department will increase their focus on achieving results for our customers. And they will have a manager with the same intense focus," states Philip Laney, B&L's CEO, as he expounded on the departmental changes. "Look for new and innovative things to come from these two departments in the months ahead. It's all about our customers. The more our team can help clients implement, adopt and integrate the Odyssey software, the more value our partnership becomes."

Laney also notes, "We are thankful to Brenda Povlock for her many years of leadership in the Client Services Department but respect her decision to step back from leading the department. We look forward to welcoming her in a consultative role after a short - and well-deserved - sabbatical. "
