Bridgman, MI, June 11, 2014 - B&L Information Systems is delighted to announce an addition to the Business Development staff, Patrick McCrevan, as Account Executive. Patrick has been part of the B&L Client Support team since 2006.
Patrick brings over 30 years expertise in the fields of manufacturing operation and the software systems which support those operations to his new role at B&L. Prior to providing technical customer support to B&L clients for both the Odyssey and BLIS ERP packages, Patrick started in customer service and rose to business development for a software firm whose MRP solutions included shop floor production and process monitoring systems for scheduling, quality systems, production reporting, maintenance planning, and labor tracking. Patrick studied Business Administration at Southwestern Michigan College, as well as participated in manufacturing-focused continuing education classes at Indiana University-South Bend.
"When adding to the Business Development department, I look for people who will be able to help customers and potential customers solve problems. Patrick has a deep understanding of manufacturing pain-points coupled with an intimate knowledge of how ERP systems function," notes Matthew Gacek, Vice President - Business Development. "Because Patrick started in a support role with B&L, he has customer-focused insights into the unique needs of B&L's metalcasting clientele."
Patrick will be working from B&L's office in Bridgman, Michigan. He is immediately available to support existing customers with sales queries.
