Bridgman, MI, August 17, 2016 - Continuing to grow B&L Information Systems' ability to provide superior customer service, B&L Information Systems welcomes Aaron Stovall to B&L's award-winning Customer Support Desk. As one of B&L's Software Support Representatives, Aaron will provide application support and problem resolution to customers for B&L's Odyssey ERP system.
Hired in May of 2016, Aaron has been training on the Odyssey ERP system with B&L's Customer Support Desk staff and Professional Services Department for the last few months. Prior to joining B&L, Aaron achieved a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with Indiana University South Bend while working full-time in the service industry. Prior to starting his collegiate journey, Aaron was a Team Leader at a manufacturing facility.
