B&L INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES STAFF ADDITION

Connie Lesch Joins the Professional Services Department 

Bridgman, MI, November 12, 2014 - B&L Information Systems is delighted to announce an addition to the Professional Services staff, Connie Lesch, as Project Consultant. Since joining the B&L team in July, Connie has been exclusively focused on standardizing process documentation and class training materials for clients.

Connie has over 20 years' expertise in programming and as a systems analyst, with a specialization for the past 10 years in software system installation project management. Prior to joining B&L, Connie implemented a variety of software systems for a major area healthcare provider; her projects included organizing the conversion and development of systems and interfaces, on-time and on-budget, as other healthcare businesses were acquired. While with Whirlpool, Connie designed, developed, tested and implemented software systems in multiple locations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University and participated in continuing professional development with the Whirlpool Corporation. Recently, Connie attended the AFS Institute's Introduction to Metalcasting.

B&L has experienced a growing number of client installations of Odyssey software and increases in Odyssey SaaS users. Kristine Craft, Manager - Professional Services, notes, "Connie's talents as a technical writer, coupled with her extensive systems installation experience in the varied fields of healthcare and consumer goods, give her a unique perspective on the clients' needs in educational material and training support. We are delighted to have Connie as part of the B&L team as we improve B&L's client support materials. And I know her expertise in managing cross-functional teams will be an asset as she moves into managing ERP installations for B&L clients."
