Bridgman, Michigan, October 31, 2017 - Global leader in metalcasting ERP, B&L Information Systems, is pleased to announce a staff change. Aaron Stovall has joined the Professional Services Department as Special Projects Coordinator. According to Kristine Craft, Vice President – Professional Services Department, this staff addition is a natural progression as the Odyssey customer-base expands.
“As our team ramped up the number of ERP implementations - initial implementations and additional module implementations - the need for an in-house, project expert specializing in Container Inventory, Shop Planner and Shop Floor Manager had become very apparent,†noted Craft. “Having Aaron available to run a specific Odyssey project during any phase of implementation frees up our Project Consultants to concentrate on the over-all implementation. Aaron also brings additional expertise in Odyssey Dashboard creation and building client-specific Crystal Reports which will be very helpful to clients.â€
Aaron joined B&L’s award-winning Customer Service Desk in May 2016. Prior to joining B&L, he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with Indiana University South Bend while working full-time in the service industry. Before starting his collegiate journey, Aaron was a Team Leader at a manufacturing facility.
